We stand behind the quality of our oversized towels. If you're not completely satisfied with your Giant Towel, we offer a generous 60-day trial period.

Full Refund Rights
You may request a full refund at any time - before or after receiving your big towel.

Return Window for Delivered Items
If you've already received your giant towel, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund.

Return Conditions
- Giant Towel must be returned in undamaged, original condition
- Original packaging preferred but not required
- Towel must be clean and free from odors
- Giant Towel logo tag must remain attached

Return Process
1. Contact us at Levi@gianttowel.com to initiate your return
2. Securely package your oversized towel
3. Ship via your preferred carrier (customer responsible for return shipping costs)
4. Provide tracking information when available

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection when returning your big towel.

Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned giant towel in undamaged condition, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges
Need a different size for your big towel? Contact us to arrange an exchange. Customer pays return shipping; we'll cover shipping the replacement oversized towel to you.

Pre-Order Cancellations
You can cancel your pre-order at any time for a full refund, regardless of shipping delays.

Damaged Items
If your Giant Towel arrives damaged, contact us immediately at Levi@gianttowel.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
