Giant Towel Shipping Information

At Giant Towel, we're committed to delivering your oversized towel with care and transparency. Here's everything you need to know about shipping your extra large towel:

Pre-Order Shipping Timeline
All Giant Towels are currently pre-order items with an estimated inventory arrival date of April 29th, 2026. We aim to ship your big towel within 7 business days of receiving our inventory from our Turkish manufacturer. However, if our shipment is delayed, or for any reason we cannot ship immediately, we reserve the right to ship when inventory becomes available.

Your Rights
You reserve the right to request a full refund at any time before receiving your giant towel. As well as 60-days after receiving your Giant Towel subject to our return policy terms.

Shipping Methods & Times
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after dispatch
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after dispatch  
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days after dispatch

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Processing
Pre-orders are processed in the order they were received. You'll receive tracking information via email once your Giant Towel ships.

Shipping Limitations
Currently shipping within the United States only. International shipping for our oversized giant towels coming soon.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your extra large towel arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us within 48 hours at Levi@gianttowel.com. We'll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.
